The Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance is our region’s workforce development funder collaborative. Since 2012, over 30 workforce development funders have supported our mission.
WHAT WE DO
We develop and fund initiatives that empower employer-led workforce solutions, improve our region’s workforce development systems and promote job quality for every worker.
WHAT WE’RE LEARNING
The Funder Alliance, like all collaboratives hosted at The Chicago Community Trust, is a learning organization. Many of our projects and investments are able to contribute to the body of knowledge for our field.
